There is something unique and personal, as well as informative, about your presentation. Your voice comes through and interesting (not cliche) examples are used.
Both live, on-camera recording and Full-Image + Voice Over Narration strategies are used. In other words, record yourself live on camera, but also have times where you have photos or other images that you do a voice over with.

No distracting jump cuts (don’t edit out all the vocal fillers or bloopers and have a choppy presentation. If you edit things out, it needs to be smooth and seamless.
