Do You Think Texas Should Adopt Such Anti-Discrimination Law

Do you think the federal government should amend Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered) individuals as a protected class? If you think this decision should be left to the states (as it currently is), do you think Texas should adopt such anti-discrimination law? During the Great Recession, legislation was introduced to add the unemployed as a protected class. Do you think they should be covered?
