Please include as many references a possible my prof said minimum 15 but I want the most to get the best grade. The city I have chosen is Tokyo and please find a hotel that is similar to 400 room business hotel. I have also included handout for grading rubric and you can read everything. I have attached previous essays of my writing style. You can choose any department head which is front office manager, food and beverage etc, human resources, etc.
Assessment 1: Individual Essay (50%) 2000 words:
You are part of the Human Resources Management Team in a 400-room business hotel situated in any city of your choice in an Asian Metropolitan City. You have been asked to recruit a department head for your hotel.
Each student will be required to:
1. Choose one department head position in the hotel.
2. Draft an advertisement for this position and state where you would place this advertisement and why;
3. Write a Job Description for the chosen position;
4. Write a Person Specification for the chosen position;
5. Create a selection procedure for this position justifying why you have chosen this procedure.
6. Draft a list of questions that you would ask at the interview for this position and justify why you would ask these questions.
