Students will first provide a description of the relevant facts and decisive aspects of a conflict situation including an analysis of interests of all involved parties. Then they will identify and evaluate the solution that was decided and implemented at the time to resolve the conflict situation. In a final step students will then provide their own suggestion on how based on literature and their learnings from the module they would address and resolve that same situation.
