As noted on page twenty of your textbook Africans revere their ancestors. These must be dead. They must have been elderly when they died a natural death. Each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) do something to honor your ancestors. It is a serious moral affront to the family and ethnic group in Africa to not honor your ancestors. There are social and cultural sanctions if you do not. Your penalty for not doing so daily will be to charge yourself $1 per day for every day you forget. At the end of the week you will offer this to a charity as a means of begging forgiveness from your ancestors. Alternatively you can offer thirty minutes of community service per offense. You can accomplish honoring your ancestors by telling stories about them or placing their picture in your home so everyone can see it. You can also devise another way of honoring them.
