Write a series of questions and then thoroughly interview at least five people about their bosses at work. In a 2 to 4 page paper analyze what “type” of leadership each boss embodies. How can you tell? (Include specific quotes from your interview subjects about their bosses’ behavior.) Does a certain type of boss seem to be more effective? Why? How do communication skills contribute to what makes a good boss? You should submit your original interview questions and notes about people’s responses with your paper.
