Hi I have an upcoming assignment Leading Change in Organisations for a Level 6 Diploma I am following in Management. The assignment it has to be in the form of a consultancy report and it is important based on the company we work for. (for this I will provide background information about the company etc). I would like the assignment/consultancy report based on introducing a Learning Management System in the company that will introduce online training or informative sessions for employees.
