Hi I’m looking for a quite detailed essay about amateur photography in nineteenth century. By saying detailed I mean not a general essay about history of amateur photography but more about essay that is focusing on two to four specific examples and through that examples argue the role of amateur photography in nineteenth century. It would be great if the examples in the essay appeared chronologically but this is not necessary. More importantly is to go through the key points and persons for amateur photography in nineteenth century. For example such as Julia Margaret Cameron who was an amateur photographer but in the different sense then a later amateur photographers that risen through invention of Kodak.
